for distributions that use D-Bus
Ubuntu uses D-Bus, as do most distributions out there. Since we're writing Ubuntu documentation, we can simplify.

Let's switch this around. Talk about GTK 4 first and use it to explain what GTK is. Afterwards, add what the GTK 3 situation is.
