I want us to process more folks than one, but the do-ability of that is up for debate.
But when checking I found that the docs say 2 while 1 as defined in the DMB agenda is correct.
Let us fix this and make the content on the agenda page (on discourse) to be the single truth for this.

We have conflicting statements.
Back from the DMB wiki we merged eventually
ubuntu@8c1e5f9f
which says "maximum of one".
And from the UMH we merged other content
canonical/ubuntu-maintainers-handbook@5f50371ad
which says "only 2 applications".

We later moved the things regarding the agenda to discourse
https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/ubuntu-developer-membership-board-agenda/66634
via
ubuntu@761d1bc6f563
which made the "only 2 applications" the only one remaining in official
docs.

Let us fix this, and do so by saying "few", that way it is correct
no matter if we switch to 2 again at some point. And due to limitations
of time and DMB members there will likely never be a number so high
that "few" won't be correct.

LGTM, just a nit for grammar
