We were inconsistent about the order, but given the API tends to pick lon/lat as the order, we now also print grid tiles in that order to prevent confusion when debugging download failures Noticed as part of ucam-eo#116 with @GieziJo

This will almost certainly need updating the cram tests as well before merging
