This PR adds an additional "Course Stats" dashboard widget that allows the user to see assessment data by course. It's designed to replace the existing "Assessment Stats" widget, but as of now, they're both present.
In the Course Stats module, the user must select a course first, and then that individual course's data is loaded. It should reduce lag and the amount of unnecessary data coming from the server. All filter and search functionality present in the Assessment Stats module is here as well.
Still to do:
Remove the Assessment Stats module.
Add an optional Canvas API call that can verify that the user has current permissions to any course they wish to access.
Add data summaries and/or visualization widgets to help instructors see actionable data.
