Player hotfixes: height, tutorial dismissal

• Fixed how the player calculates its own height to send to the enginecore for iframe resizing.
• Cleaned up some wacky styles related to the header, player height adjustments, and the invisible-until-focused looparound control.
• The tutorial can now be dismissed by clicking the modal BG.
