This is a minor update for Normal Distribution Calculator in support of Materia v11 and our ongoing commitment to addressing technical debt.

- Updated webpack config and github workflows to support MWDK 2.x -> 3.x transition
- Added metadata to install.yaml to support widget management feature
- Updated lockfile to address package deprecation
