The potential folder includes the trained MTP interatomic potential and training dataset. The potential is for Mo-Nb-Ta-V-W quinary system.
The model folder includes XGBoost model for CRSS predict of both dislocation types and the training data.
The CRSS values folder includes all the specific CRSS for each dislocation in different systems. Structure files is too big to share on github, and we are glad to share them as requested.
