Show time spent doing I/O and waiting (single step, HALT). CPU frequency shown is the speed we would achive without doing I/O and waiting but reflects the impact that the frontpanel sampling has.
Specify the SDK version in picosim/README. The aon_timer delay bug got fixed. Also update FatFS to latest main commits which include my fix for unused parameter warning.
More time code fiddling, use more modern panel colors, adapt to SDK 2.1.1
