Encryption migration

Moved to Jasypt for encryption. It's super duper safe. Make sure you have the Java Cryptography Extension Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files 8 downloaded, because the fallback doesn't work yet.

Removed a few borked things and fixed a few other things

All features should work except for encryption padding. Nothing bad happens if you try to apply padding, but entries just don't save.
