Description

This PR adds a new Platform folder to the Postman collection, containing requests for retrieving API version information and checking API operational status. These endpoints provide system-level information useful for monitoring, health checks, and confirming API compatibility.

Additional Notes

This is part of the broader Updating the Postman API to Add New Endpoints – v1.1.1 story. The addition of the Platform folder improves collection organization and will help maintain consistent tagging and documentation in future OpenAPI conversions.
