As I was implementing support for Facebook's Data Deletion Request Callback, I noticed that Remark42 does not allow removal of users that have only logged in but not made any comments as this triggers an error when deleting the user bucket. There was also an issue with the reason for this not surfacing as the wrong error was being reported when this happened.
I made this a bit more lenient and allowed this to happen as there is no control over this when integrating with these callbacks and I fail to see how it would hurt.
