1. Fixed conversion issue: The old pngtodds converter was actually very inefficient (why nobody tell me?).
2. Fixed issue with ddstopng not supporting certain DDS file types.
3. Fixed issue where resize couldn't change the aspect ratio (only resolution).

5. Added BC version selector for pngtodds conversion.
6. Added image data description.
7. Added autodetect image SRGB status.
8. Removed NET 8 requirement.

This program lacked testers and bug reports, which is why it hasn't been updated for a long time.

Warning!

some feature especially Batch mode will make the program not responding! It actually work but it looks freeze because just how much file it processing, and I am too lazy to optimize it👎 . Just wait until it done. The time is based on the file and your spec. I actually never try it more than 10 batch files ✌️
