… Sonar status via Gitlab's external status check, the report can be done via approving the MR. This behavior is configurable by "report.mode.approval" The external status check is only available in Gitlab ultimate, while the approval mode can be used for other Gitlab licenses.

Instead of reporting the Sonar status via Gitlab's external status check, the report can be done via approving the MR. This behavior is configurable by
report.mode.approvalconfiguration property. By default, it's value is set totrue.The external status check is only available in Gitlab Ultimate, while the approval mode can be used for other Gitlab licenses.
