[BUG] Font Colour not correct in "Custom" colour mode #513

Describe the bug

The taskbar widget's font colour does not work correctly when the colour mode of Windows is set to "custom" and app mode differs from Windows mode.

The taskbar is dark, but the widget stays in dark mode.

To Reproduce

1. Open Windows settings.
2. Go to "Personalization", then "Colors".
3. Set "Choose your mode" to "Custom", then select "Dark" for Windows mode and "Light" for app mode.
