Adds a taskbar widget setting to place the album art on the left or right (default follows the widget position), mirroring the text alignment and the scrolling text animation for the chosen side. Co-authored-by: Codex <codex@openai.com>

Adds a cover position setting for the taskbar widget: Default, Left, and Right.
Default keeps the cover on the left unless the widget position is bottom-right. When the cover is on the right, the title and artist text are right-aligned.
