Analysis script for the the CCCM Assessment.
The following scripts have been produced:
- packages.R
Load all required packages and add some functions
- data.R
Clean and reorganise the data for datavisualisation @ http://unhcr-iraq.github.io/Site-Assessment/
Generate P-code to be used for the phase 2 of the assessment
- Voronoi.R
Generate Operational areas through vronoi diagram and regionalisation algorythm
- cleangeometry.R
Used to clean the resulting Operational Areas
- mca.R
Test of Multi Correspondance Analysis in order to explore possible statistically consistent sites cluster
- printout.R
generates Map and List of Operational Areas.
