In the above two lines, need to also update the actual link, not just the displayed version of it (tr35-nn appears in 2 places for each entry)
It is almost right, the current and proposed versions in r35.md did not get fully updated (see comment there). I think this can be merged with the task to update version info in CLDR. On the other hand the subtask of that to update ICU4J version should be separated out, because that depends on ICU getting around to updating its version number. |

@srl295 - is it possible for the links in the spec to just be automatically linkified instead of us having to keep two copies of the same link in the spec? |
