CLDR-18611
For MRU (Mauritanian ouguiya) the smallest coin has value 0.20 MRU, so with cashDigits=2, we should have cashRounding=20. For non-cash amounts, display using decimals seems to involve 2 decimal digits with rounding. However, decimals are often not shown for either cash or non-cash prices.
