| Fix the links as followed (to **Link Nonfinal**). (When the release is done, fix to **Link Final**). | ||
| Create a new stub release page for the next release by copying the previous page (...downloads/cldr-49 or whatever) and state that it's a stub. Retain the top-level headers from the previous release page. | ||

I think since the instructions are to copy the previous page instead of a sub, the 99, 999, ... need to be changed.
