Pushed an update to the nog-Cyrl.xml layout to integrate the historical digraphs 'къ' and 'гъ' into the longpress menus (nested under the 'к' and 'г' keys respectively).

These digraphs represent the authentic orthographic norms of the Nogai Cyrillic alphabet prior to the administrative spelling reforms of 1944–1950. Reintroducing them digitally serves two critical purposes aligned with the layout's technical philosophy:

1. Preservation & Accuracy: It enables the accurate, distortion-free digital transcription of historical texts and literature printed during that period.
2. Linguistic Continuity & Future-Proofing: Preserving these phonemic distinctions in the Cyrillic layer creates a seamless, direct bridge for future transliteration or transition to Latin (nog-Latn) or Arabic (nog-Arab) graphics.

By bypassing the historical artificial fractures imposed on the orthography, this addition reinforces the keyboard's role as a tool for decolonial cultural reclamation and linguistic self-determination.

refactor(layout): optimize longpress mappings and align Cyrillic layout with Arabic script standards

Update Cyrillic layout (nog-Cyrl):

• Cleaned up longpress popups to prevent UI clutter by removing redundant or phonetically inaccurate Arabic combinations (e.g., removed يو from the ю key, and the non-standard ۉ from the о/оь keys).
• Added ۋ (U+06CB, Arabic Letter Ve) to the longpress of the в key, replacing the vowel و. This ensures full compliance with the latest Nogai Arabic script standards (based on Tote zhazu), properly distinguishing the consonant 'В' from the vowel 'О'.

This commit expands the longpress capabilities of the Cyrillic layout (nog-Cyrl) to better support historical texts, loanwords, and traditional Islamic terminology:

• Added historical emphatic and guttural consonants (ص, ط, ع) to their corresponding phonetic bases.
