See #636 which introduced -c.
(There is a
Generate:directive in MakeUnicodeFiles.txt, but it is inconvenient to edit the source file to regenerate specific data files as part of the data drafting process; and regenerating the whole thing is a bit slow, no need to do that to just get a LineBreak.txt template to fill in.)
