From @Ken-Whistler: Anticipating the UTC later this month, I've rolled in the anticipated changes from RMG and SEWG: 10 additional characters plus another name change. I've pushed up a new draft of UnicodeData.txt for you to compare against your work when you get to it. I've also updated the names list annotation master and regenerated a NamesList.txt with these additions and changes, as well as appropriate new xrefs, etc. I still have more actions for annotations, but wanted to get the updated basis for an alpha review started.
