The new-app wizard asked for a GitHub repo before it would deploy anything. It now opens with a source choice: connect a repo, or deploy a published image by reference. Picking an image creates the deployment directly and lands on its detail page. App settings only show build settings (root directory, Dockerfile, build command, watch paths, auto-deploy) when the app has a repo connected, since none of them apply to a prebuilt image.
