…axonomy view to display News items matching a specific tag from the URL. Also added a custom Twig template for the new block. Fixes unlcms#745.
…component to allow filtering by user-selected tags. Removed unused files to avoid confusion about the process. Moved a hook related to the News component from the unl_herbie module to the unl_news module.

Added a taxonomy entity reference field (reusing the one created for the Builder page) to allow users to attach tags to specific news content pages. Also added a taxonomy entity reference field to the News Aggregated Block, enabling users to filter the news item list by related content. Removed unnecessary files and reorganized some code for clarity.
If we do not want to use the same taxonomy entity reference field that is also being used for the builder page, I can create a new one.
