fix: route documentation feedback to appropriate repository

What is the current behavior? 🤔

All documentation feedback issues are created in unoplatform/uno regardless of which project's documentation is being viewed.

What is the new behavior? 🚀

Documentation feedback is now routed to the correct repository based on URL inspection:

• uno.extensions → unoplatform/uno.extensions
• /studio/ → unoplatform/uno.studio
• uno.toolkit.ui → unoplatform/uno.toolkit.ui
• uno.themes → unoplatform/Uno.Themes
• Default → unoplatform/uno

The implementation detects the project from window.location.href and constructs the GitHub issue URL with the appropriate repository path.
