v100 Initial release for Crosstool-127

This compiler was created on a WSL Ubuntu Linux with crosstool-127 RELEASE
for Linux 4.1.49 and glibc 2.27 (to match DGA4331 libs and kernel 4.1.52)
gcc version is 14.2.0

included as companion tools:
autotools, automake, bison, dtc, libtool, m4, make.

paths on arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi/bin are shortened.
arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi-gcc becomes gcc
arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi-cpp becomes cpp
