2024/25

This release includes 2024/25 counts from Cape Shirreff, as well as from San Telmo Island and the full South Shetland Islands archipelago (Krause et al , in prep).

This is version 1.2, as it is a minor update from version 1.0 (which on OBIS was v1.1. In addition to adding the 2024/25 counts, there was a slight correction to how the CS standard deviation values were calculated. This change has lowered the standard deviations (captured in 'occurrenceRemarks') for 9 CS counts by up to 0.3.

NOTE: this was initially documented as v1.1. "v1.1" is also the terminology used in the corresponding Zenodo record. This release actually corresponds to OBIS/GBIF v1.2

2023/24

This release marks the initial publication of these data here, circa the end of the U.S. AMLR 2023/24 field season

The version is 1.0 to indicate the first version of this data published here.
