No idea if
__user_email__really works, but it appears in the same dict in the Galaxy code where__user_name__can be found.
Let's give it a try.

Seems to work (i.e. the UFZ pulsar received the email). |

My idea would be to test this with galaxyproject/pulsar#451 on out side.
