The vitest bump from pinned 3.2.6 to pinned 4.1.9 is a major version change. Verified that sdks/javascript/sdk/package.json and apps/next-js/package.json already use ^4.1.8, and the test files in both packages use only stable vitest APIs (describe, it, expect, vi, defineConfig). The package-lock.json for vercel-sdk already resolves vitest to 4.1.9 with a valid integrity hash from the npm registry. No breaking patterns observed in the test code.
