Adds a Made in Europe and EU flag to the bottom of the page.

I keep personal politics out of my work, because the world is a terrible place already and I see no need to add to it.

That said, here's my personal views;

• The UK is slowly undoing the clusterfuck that is Brexit, and no time like the present to show support.
• I was born an EU citizen, and the original documentation was written when the UK was part of the EU.

If you do not like this decision, you can fork this repo or just not use my site. I do not care
