Pretty much the title

Support for Arch machines with ext4 filesystems. A bit rough around the edges with the if-else checks but will improve with time
Custom title flag so users can add their own header to the report using -t "new title"

          Add Arch Linux support

- Works for ext4 Arch systems 
- Also added a flag to pass custom title for the report
