@xlassix - Just completely cull the EVM examples from the repo.

Remove them.

Without context, it could be more confusing for developers.
Instead, I'll use a Guide in Verity Docs website to explain how zkTLS verification on the ICP offers a decentralised gate to activity on other chains.
