Add camera stream logging to rerun

Rerun now supports encoded video streams!
I think it would be a good idea to log video streams now that we have that option.

Acceptance criteria:

1. video streams logged from the GstToImage task or from the auto gstreamer task.
2. video streams are logged in log replay mode as well as production mode.
