Fix iceoryx orphaned node cleanup

Sometimes iceoryx2 borks if the program crashes or stops for some reason during service setup, which is fixable by manually removing shared memory artifacts in /dev/shm and /tmp/iceoryx2 but I am pretty sure we could call this function in main.rs before calling new() to create the copper tasks which should fix the issue:
