为 Arborist E2E runner 增加生成的
package-lock.json轻量级 JSON 校验。安装成功后，如存在
package-lock.json，runner 会使用 Node.js 解析该文件。若 JSON 非法，则对应 fixture 会失败，输出中会包含 fixture 名称。同时更新 Arborist E2E README，标明该 Phase 1 断言已实现。Test Plan
package-lock.json可通过校验。package-lock.json会导致 fixture 失败。package-lock.json的 fixture 保持原有行为。git diff --check。
