grgit is deprecated: https://github.com/ajoberstar/grgit?tab=readme-ov-file#project-status
This replaces it with our own implementation of what we need from it.
This should be gradle configuration cache friendly.
After this i propose to create a release so that utopia-rise/godot-kotlin-jvm#862 can be updated and merged.
Replacement of grgit in https://github.com/utopia-rise/godot-kotlin-jvm is still pending and i plan on doing it after this one is merged and released (aka confirmed working for a deployment).
