The UVDeskSupportCenterBundle seamlessly integrates a customer-facing Support Center portal into the UVDesk Community helpdesk, offering customers an intuitive interface to submit, track, and manage their support tickets. It also features a fully manageable Knowledgebase, enabling support staff to publish helpful articles and FAQs, empowering customers with self-service options and reducing repetitive queries.

The support center bundle comes loaded with the following features:

  • Knowledgebase - Create and publish informative articles to help customers find answers quickly without needing direct support. Organize your content into clearly defined Folders and Categories, making it easy for users to navigate and locate relevant information. Whether it's troubleshooting guides, FAQs, or how-to articles, the Knowledgebase empowers your support team to reduce repetitive queries and enhances the overall self-service experience for customers.

  • Customer Ticket Portal - Allow customers to log in via the web to easily view, track, and manage their support tickets through a user-friendly interface.

Installation

Before installing, make sure that you have Composer installed.

To require the support center bundle into your uvdesk community helpdesk project, simply run the following from your project root:

$ composer require uvdesk/support-center-bundle

The UVDeskSupportCenterBundle and libraries included within the bundle are released under the OSL-3.0 license
