Version 2.4.3 - Adds HRC

Lots of cleanup from last release. Mostly bumping the underlying Node version to v14, making sure everything works properly with that in CI tests, and dropping problematic v10. Updated serverless.yml and AWS versions to make sure everything keeps working on future releases.
