This does not address the issue.
As you can see in the image below although the PER absence is selected, its box-shadow is behind T&C. To see this more easily, feel free to increase the shadow opacity from 0.1 to a greater value e.g rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9).
The actual solution might honestly be out of scope / too difficult, but feel free to keep trying and let me know if you need any help!
