Build Applicant Status Mutators

Implementation description

• Modified ApplicationStatus type:
  • Interview -> Selected, Interview Complete -> Interviewed, Not Considered -> Rejected
  • Used "InReview" rather than "In Review" to work with GraphQL types
• Added updateApplicantStatus and bulkUpdateApplicantStatus service functions
• Added relevant GraphQL resolver and type files
  • Used a GraphQL enum to ensure that status is a valid status as defined in types (so don't pass status as a string in the query)

Steps to test

1. Open the GraphQL playground (http://localhost:5000/graphql) and test out the following mutations. You may use ids a9950643-2221-415b-a3ff-9c8f857643ae and 93340887-f9d5-436e-867d-4a27efdbb0dd for testing.
