Description

Do not run oneTBB tests in parallel with any other tests if we add oneTBB as a cmake subproject by add_subdirectory.

Do I understand it correctly that this is done to serialize oneTBB's CTest while running the project's tests (which adds oneTBB using add_subdirectory) using ctest -j <parallel_level> command?
