Make spring-data-commons optional dependency
Reverts #7214
This is how it was planned initially, but then made into direct dependency because of old Eclipse versions. In 2026 (effectively), we don't need to have perfect support for early 2024 Eclipse IDEs. We can help old users via support to add it directly to their projects.
