Added this since elementaryOS is moving away from GTK3 and into GTK4.
Not sure about the "eos-modern" name though, because otherwise the naming scheme for gtk templates should be "gtk" and "gtk-modern" respectively, should we rename "eos" to "eos-classic" instead?
