FFmpeg log callback was set "too late" for some cases and was not printed (default FFmpeg callback was used). Set the callback directly and use associated log levels from Qt
Available log levels are detailled at: https://ffmpeg.org/doxygen/trunk/group__lavu__log__constants.html
