P1 stuff. 5 more P1 issues to go before RC1 release. At least a week.

PR for performance testing is still on-going. Not fully merged yet. Access is restricted. Need to follow core policy on this. Should be able to run it on a PR basis (through a label). Instructions in a separate readme for performance.

Yair has a PR for code coverage.

Questions about policy/enforcement to be resolved. Breaking into two steps. Enable now, figure out policy later. Let's target a show&tell for this at next week's session. (Put on agenda)

Yair proposes Enforcement of clang-tidy and clang-static analyzer. But wants to do it when there's not much code churn. Proposed to do right after code is forked for 1.3 release.
