Check what is necessary to test for python 3.14t (free-threaded python).
Workflow is about to analyze if we can find out if Altair and its core dependencies are free-threaded already and which dev dependencies are already supported. Moreover, to discover how we can improve/adapt the tests to have this included in our standard build workflow that triggers by each pull request (the added workflow part of this PR is manually triggered)
