Adds native Go API Gateway v2 HTTP API, integration, route, and stage metadata handling with SDK-compatible REST JSON responses. Adds local HTTP API invoke URLs that route AWS_PROXY integrations through the Lambda engine, including proxy event and response mapping. Covers API Gateway v2 control-plane and Lambda proxy routing with Go tests, official JS SDK E2E coverage, compatibility facade types, and docs updates.
