Adds protected_sourcemaps support for projects with tests and generated docs.\n\nIncludes acceptance coverage for resource update/data source read, plus a bool-state fix for project update responses that omit configured bool fields.\n\nValidated with targeted unit tests, project acceptance tests, and task lint.
