Adds the 26.1.8 (August 2026) maintenance release section covering three bug fixes: a VM migration loop when exiting maintenance mode, vGPU profile discovery on dual-socket hosts, and VMware services failing to start with static IPs. Updates the latest-version references in the release info hint and the version overview table.
