This change unlocks possibility to use different strategies for some
Ansibleplays. Problematic plays are set to safe strategyansible.builtin.linear.Related tests are switched to use
Mitogen linearstrategy without adding new collection dependencies.Also fixed package installation for RHEL family distributions.
